Introduction
By using the Aqaarek platform (whether as an advertiser, agent, or property seeker), you fully agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your relationship with the platform and define your rights and obligations.
1 Right to Modify & Delete Content
This section serves as the fundamental pillar for ensuring platform quality:- Absolute Right to Delete: The management of “Aqaarek” reserves the full and exclusive right to delete, suspend, or modify any posted advertisement at its sole discretion, without the need to provide reasons and without prior notice.
- Deletion Criteria: Listings will be removed immediately in cases of: misleading information, fake photos, images carrying watermarks of other platforms, duplicate listings, unrealistic pricing, or any content deemed inappropriate by the management.
- No Compensation: The platform bears no liability toward the advertiser or any third party resulting from the exercise of its right to delete or modify advertisements.
2 Listing & Verification Rules
- Credibility: The advertised property must be genuinely available. Posting fake properties for data collection is strictly prohibited.
- Ownership & Legality: The advertiser assumes full legal responsibility for the content and confirms their right to advertise.
- “Verified” Badge: Granted based on submitted documents; however, it does not exempt the advertiser from liability if data is found inaccurate.
3 Agency & Agent Accounts
Management Responsibility: Agency Managers are responsible for the actions of agents under their account. The CRM is an organizational tool; Aqaarek is not liable for agent-client interactions. Repeated violations may result in freezing the entire agency account.4 Legal Disclaimer
Intermediary Only: Aqaarek is a technical platform, not a party to any contract.
Financial Safety: We do not collect sales commissions. We strongly advise against paying any amounts before personal inspection and legal verification.
5. General Conduct
Abuse, inappropriate language, or hacking attempts will result in an immediate account ban.
6. Privacy
By using Aqaarek, you agree to share contact info with interested parties to facilitate transactions.
7. Amendments
Management reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes agreement to new terms.Conclusion
